These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ph156 ("ph156," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph156 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available at ph156.one (the "Platform").

ph156's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph156 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph156 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph156 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

ph156 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Circumstances where ph156 determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.

You may close your ph156 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding security checks.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
